Firehouse Quilts 2010

Have you ever seen so many volunteers having so much fun, spending someone else’s money?

We received a grant from Douglas County and we went on shopping sprees at local quilt shops that support us the most.

The goal was to get as much bright and cheery fabric as possible for the charity quilts we donate to children in crisis.

We also bought calm, serene fabric for full sized quilts we make for the Women's Crisis Center.

Each group was given a budget of $700 to spend; see which ones came the closest!
