A few months ago, we delivered replacement quilts

to this organization and we received a nice thank you letter recently.

“The Douglas Co Dept. of Human Services would like to thank your organization for the generous donation of the lovely handmade quilts for children we serve in our community. Through your efforts, our child protection and foster care placement staff have had the opportunity to provide quilts to foster children & other vulnerable children who are at a very difficult time in their lives. These beautiful blankets are given to children when they need the warmth and comfort of a community that cares for them.  Our staff members appreciate the opportunity to distribute these quilts and are thankful for the loving hands that sew these treasures for children in our care.
