Follow these steps to use our on-line quilt entry form and pay on-line with PayPal.

Each item you enter must have it's own separate entry form & color photo

but you can pay for more than one entry via PayPal.

Submit Quilt Entry Form On-line

Attach a color photo of each quilt you are entering and

email it with your name, phone and email address

Deadline to purchase discount admission tickets is by noon on Wednesday, July 14, 2010.
