Firehouse Quilts 4th Annual Quilt Show

Friday, July 17, 2009      (12 pm – 6 pm)

Saturday, July 18, 2009 (10 am – 4 pm)

 (Vendor Hall remains open from 4pm-5pm while quilts are being taken down.)

Change in Quilt Drop-Off Date!

 

Our next quilt drop-off date is

Thursday, July 2nd between 4:30p-8pm

at

Northridge Rec Center, 8801 S Broadway in Highlands Ranch. 

(about a mile south of C-470 on Broadway)

 

(Original date, July 7th, was postponed by the rec center.  Sorry for any inconvenience.)

 

There are several steps to enter your quilt

by physically mailing your entries.

 

STEP 1

 

Read the entire document for Rules and Conditions

of entering a quilt in our show. Print it if you need to refer to it later.

 

STEP 2

 

Access your mail-in Quilt Entry Form online and print a copy on your home computer for each quilt you are entering.

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 3

 

Fill out a separate Entry Form for each quilt you are entering and

staple a small color photo of each quilt to it's matching Entry Form.

Mail the completed Quilt Entry Form(s) with photos attached along with a check made out to 'Firehouse Quilts' for the total amount due

Complete this step only if you are listing a quilt for sale during our show.

Be sure to add the additional, non-refundable

'Quilt for Sale' Listing Fee of $5.00

for each quilt you want to list 'For Sale'   during our show.
