Firehouse Quilts 4th Annual Quilt Show

Friday,   July 17, 2009,   (12pm - 6pm)

Saturday, July 18, 2009, (10am – 5pm)

The Quilt Display area closes at 4pm,  to give our volunteers time to remove all the quilts from the racks and begin returning the quilts to their owners by 5p.  The Vendor Hall will remain open until 5pm to provide a fun environment for everyone to spend that last hour doing a little last minute shopping while waiting for their quilts.

Vendor Hall

The Vendor Hall is 7,500 square feet in size with approximately 30 booth spaces available. 

All booths are 10’ x 10’.  A table (2.5’ x 6’) & two chairs are provided per booth. 

 

Vendors provide all other supplies needed to show and sell their wares;

(i.e. own equipment, supplies, electric cords, etc.) 

Electricity is available upon request on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

Two vendors may share one space.

Non-refundable Booth Fee

$100 for each booth, maximum 2 booths per vendor. 

 

Notification to vendors for the show will be sent out to the previous years’ vendors

in February, 2009.  They will be offered first choice for spaces in the vendor room. 

Thirty days after they are notified, the booth spaces will be available to new vendors.
