It’s always heartwarming to hear from the recipients of FHQ donated quilts. At the last sew day Barbara C. read thank you notes from patients at Craig Rehabilitation Hospital. Some of these patients will spend well over six months in the hospital and are always elated to receive one of our quilts to comfort them during their stay. Their kind words to FHQ are much appreciated and their bravery is obvious in their notes. There were 47 more quilts turned it at the sew day, bringing the yearly total to 1,161. Our goal of 1,200 quilts made in 2018 may become a reality.
